I'm Kimberly, owner of Kristoff Healing Arts in South Orange County.
Healing and wellness has been my passion for over two decades. I have been practicing professionally since 2000 and previously worked in Greenwich, CT. Since relocating to Laguna Niguel, CA, I focused on creating a healing practice allowing me to customize the sessions to each individual's needs.
In 2024, I learned about the many far reaching health benefits of Manual Lymph Drainage and became a Certified MLD Practitioner specializing in women's wellness. It has proven to be very helpful to women for general wellness and stress reduction, boosting immune system function and regulating the nervous system. Many of my client's are breast cancer survivors, especially those struggling with lymphedema, and mothers struggling with pre and post natal swelling and fatigue. I immediately loved how I can enhance the effectiveness of the MLD sessions by integrating the use of other modalities such as craniosacral therapy, Reiki healing, and dry brushing.
My mission is to create wellness sessions that can address all individual health needs. I offer in office and in-home sessions that I can truly customize to the individual. The Kristoff Healing Arts wellness sessions are different than a typical massage therapy service. They are sessions where I may integrate the use of my specialized training in multiple Western and Eastern healing modalities to optimize effectiveness. You will receive highly skilled wellness sessions that feel professional, restorative and relaxing and you will feel better!

Currently, a CA Certified Massage Therapist #102934, a CT Licensed Massage Therapist #002244, a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Specialist, and a Certified Reiki Master, Kimberly Kristoff is a gifted healer specializing in both Western and Eastern Healing Arts. As the founder of Greenwich Associates for Well-Being, LLC, she provides a deeply relaxing, intuitive, and integrative experience that fuses traditional and medical massage techniques with energy work modalities.
Now living in Laguna Niguel, CA, but previously a lifelong resident of Greenwich, CT, Kimberly graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 1999 and has completed extensive postgraduate studies. Her training includes Reiki under Master Melanie Chong, Medical Qi Gong with Dr. Tzu Kuo Shih, and mentorship in Structural Integration with Erik S. McWilliams, PSI. Her touch is described as "gentle and yet deep," and she is highly experienced in a wide range of modalities, including: Medical, Sports, and Deep Tissue massage, Swedish Relaxation and Restorative massage, Hot Stone and Himalayan Salt Stone massage, Myofascial Release and Unwinding, Cupping, Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymph Drainage, Skin Brushing, Pregnancy massage, Foot Reflexology, Reiki Healing, Thai for Table massage, Breathwork and Visualization, Sound Healing, Crystal Healing, Medical Qi Gong, Shiatsu, and Jin Shin Do Acupressure, MLD, and Gua Sha for head, neck and face.
Each session is uniquely tailored to the client's present needs, utilizing Kimberly's intuition and diverse skillset. Her professional background includes private practice, medical offices, fitness centers such as Equinox, luxury day spas, and holistic wellness centers, as well as significant community outreach with organizations such as Covenant House. She has also served as a "Be Well" columnist for the Greenwich Time and Stamford Advocate newspapers and was the producer of the "Around The World Holistic Well-Being Expo" in Greenwich, CT.
Kimberly is a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association #101119 and was Nationally Certified by the NCBTMB.
